Visitor Security Policy TRA Holiday Schedule — Offices Closed St. Paul Office

The Minnesota Teachers Retirement Association (TRA) is located in Saint Paul, Minnesota and is easily accessible from all directions. Our main office and TRA Member Services are located in the Retirement Systems of Minnesota Building, 60 Empire Drive, Suite 400, Saint Paul, MN 55103-4000. Office hours are 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. View a map and directions to the Saint Paul office.

Scheduling options

There are two ways to reserve your spot for a group workshop or an individual counseling session:

1. Online: Choose member login, register if you haven’t done so already, and enter your User ID and password. Now choose Group Workshop Reservations or Schedule an Individual Counseling Session near the bottom of the screen, select the type of session or date you prefer to attend, and complete the registration process.
   
   
2. Phone: Call 800-657-3669 and press “1” to connect with our appointment desk. Specify the date and location you prefer.

If you wish to make a reservation, please have the following information available so an individual retirement estimate can be prepared: contract salary, amount of service credit with another Minnesota public retirement system, anticipated retirement date, and the date of birth of your spouse (if applicable).

Once your appointment has been scheduled, a confirmation letter, including a map and directions, will be mailed to your home address.

Members wishing to visit one of our satellite offices MUST have a scheduled appointment. Since there is only one counselor at each satellite office, it is very unlikely that walk-ins can be accommodated.

Detroit Lakes (established October 2004)
	The Detroit Lakes office is located at 714 Lake Avenue, Suite 102, Detroit Lakes, Minnesota 56501. Office hours are 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Thursday. View a map and directions to the Detroit Lakes office.
Mankato (established September 2002)
